Unlimited Telephone and Remote Support

System Monitoring Agent
This a small software program that runs on a computer or server to keep an eye on how the system is performing 24/7. Think of it like a digital watchdog—it quietly checks things like:
CPU usage – how hard your computer is working
Memory and disk space – how much is being used or available
Network activity – how much data is being sent or received and
Errors or unusual behaviour – like crashes or slowdowns. It collects this information and sends it to our central dashboard so we can spot problems early, fix issues faster, and keep everything running smoothly.

Proactive Support
We like to prevent problems before they happen, rather than just reacting to issues after they occur. Our System Monitoring Agent is always watching your systems, spotting early warning signs, and taking action to keep everything running smoothly. We perform:
Preventive Maintenance including regular updates, patches, and tune-ups to avoid breakdown
Performance Optimisation to make sure everything runs efficiently, not just adequately
Provide Alerts & Recommendations – Notifying you of potential risks and suggesting improvements
Strategic Guidance – Helping you plan ahead with tech upgrades or security enhancements (for example Windows 10 becoming EOL)

Remote Support 9am-5pm
With your permission, our technicians can securely access your computer remotely to carry out any necessary tasks—quickly and efficiently. Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, but we also offer extended-hour contracts for businesses that require additional coverage or out-of-hours assistance.

Patch Management
Patch management involves checking for updates, testing them to make sure they don’t cause issues, and then rolling them out across devices or servers. It’s a key part of proactive IT support—helping prevent problems before they disrupt your business.

Antivirus
We include managed anti-virus as part of our standard solution. We can however use your own service if you prefer, which will reduce the monthly fee. We will remove any viruses that are found and also make further recommendations should you not have enough protection in place.

Printers
CCSW will manage all of your printers and configure monitoring tools as per your requirements.

Dealing with third parties
We take care of interactions with any person or company that’s not part of the main agreement or relationship, so you don’t have to — saving you time and hassle while keeping everything running smoothly.

Network Management
We’ll make sure all your network devices are expertly managed and configured for peak performance, with firmware updates applied regularly to keep everything secure and up-to-date. To include (but not limited to):
Routers – The device that connects your local network to the Internet
Switches – The device that connects all your local network devices together
Wi-Fi Access Points – The device that lets your computer(s) access the Internet or local network wirelessly

Device Configuration at No Extra Cost
When a new device is purchased to replace an existing one already covered under your support contract, CCSW will configure the replacement remotely at no additional charge. Likewise, if a device is added for a new team member—resulting in an increase in the total number of supported devices—CCSW will also provide remote configuration at no extra cost.

Microsoft Account Management at No Extra Cost
We provide full support for Microsoft account setup and management at no additional cost.

SharePoint Management
Under our fixed fee arrangement, we handle the setup and continuous administration of your SharePoint sites.

Teams Phone
If you’re using Teams Phone, we’ve got you covered—we’ll take care of everything from call queues and auto attendants to resource accounts and phone numbers.

Warranty Management
CCSW will manage and maintain any warranties you have in place for your devices.
