Custom Computer Services Wales (CCSW) was set up in 1997 by brothers Rob and Steve with the intention of being able to provide bespoke IT solutions to clients within the South Wales area. Both felt that the IT support market was saturated with rigid support packages that did not suit every organisations’ structure, culture or adaptability to grow alongside the forever evolving advances in technology.

The CCSW team has expanded over the years working across the UK and continues to pride themselves on offering individual support dependant on the organisation size, demand and sector.

The business is unique in that it has a dedicated support and development team who can work on joint or individual projects when required. We can offer one off, daily, hourly or monthly support contracts tailored to support existing staff or acting in the place of an in-house manager or team. We are flexible in our approach to supporting and improving the IT systems and infrastructure of our clients, however, we will always ensure the systems we recommend or provide are robust, fit for the future and technically suited to the clients requirements.
