Fully Managed IT Support

Reach out to the world’s most reliable IT services

How does this work?

You provide us with an asset list including all known devices.  Your current IT provider should be able to extract this from their own RMM solution otherwise we can create an asset list for you.  A site visit takes place to confirm the numbers are correct ensuring you do not pay for anything not requiring cover.  We would be looking to asset track the following:

Servers
Desktops
Laptops
Network Switches
Routers
Firewalls
Content Filtering Gateways
Wireless Access Points
Printers
UPS

Internet Access

Whether you have an ADSL, VDSL, Cable or Leased Line, CCSW can ensure you have the right solution for your business and you are paying the right price.

Remote Links

Once we understand the physical nature of the main site(s), we will look at any satellite offices where there may be leased line / remote links installed. One area CCSW can help is to look at your leased line provider and costs to see if there are cost savings to be made.

Wi-Fi

We are able to help improve your current Wi-Fi solution or recommend a replacement.

Software Applications / Cloud

The next step is to look at what applications are being used and how we can help to:
Save Money
Increase Productivity
Increase Resilience

Cloud Solutions

Whether you are using Microsoft Azure services, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or another Cloud Service, CCSW can confirm you are using the right solution for your requirements.
